STANDING COMFORT FOOTWEAR OFFERS THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS:

TO EMPLOYEES: Employees can pay for high quality, affordable slip resistant STANDING COMFORT FOOTWEAR through voluntary payroll deductions. This footwear incorporates many unique comfort and therapeutic features that support, cushion and soothe the body- leading to less fatigue and increased energy.

TO THE COMPANY: Careful attention to foot support features leads to greater whole body health. Our unique outsoles will produce a significant reduction in employee slip and fall accidents thus minimizing workers’ compensation claims and avoiding higher resultant premiums.

THE PAYROLL DEDUCTION PLAN IS SIMPLE FOR EMPLOYEES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AND FOR THE COMPANY TO ADMINISTER.

A: The employee purchases STANDING COMFORT FOOTWEAR by filling out a payroll deduction form and forwarding it to the designated individual who will forward it to STANDING COMFORT FOOTWEAR customer service.

B: A detailed invoice for footwear ordered will be sent to the Company when the footwear is shipped. The invoice will detail style, size, employee name and price.

C: The Company deducts installment payments from the ordering employee’s paycheck over whatever period deemed reasonable.

D: The invoice to the Company from STANDING COMFORT FOOTWEAR will be due on a 30 day net basis.

RETURNS & CREDITS

STANDING COMFORT® FOOTWEAR will accept returned footwear for any reason within 60
days of purchase or within 6 months for defects. A credit will be issued (so the company can reimburse the employee’s paycheck)

Shoe returns must be sent to our Ohio warehouse.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A 1.5% late fee will be applied to any balance not paid within terms.
